Replacement and return:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from erimme.com.
To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Items that have been worn, used (washed, dirty, bad smelling), altered or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return each item.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

Fill out the physical return form found in the box the item arrived with you. If you do not find the form,
Send an email to houseoferimme@gmail.com with your order number (received via email when your order is confirmed), your names, phone number and the IBAN to which you would like the refund. Tell us the reasons why you want a refund or exchange (wrong size, not what you expected, delivery of the wrong product). We'll email you back with a confirmation.
Send the parcel to the address below by courier company Econt Express.

Replacement:
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size or colour within the same model. If you are interested in exchanging your product for a different color or different item, please return it and place a new order.

Return:
In order for quality control to accept the return, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all original labels. Products returned to the warehouse will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Once our quality control team approves the return, you will receive an email notification of the status of the returned shipment, as well as a final date for receipt of the replaced products or refund. The timeframe for a refund to your bank account is up to 14 days after processing the returned shipment. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Shipping Costs:
All shipping and any other costs of returning the Goods are the sole responsibility of the User.
